Policy – Legal Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of this site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions contained herein, you are expressly prohibited from accessing the website or using any services. Should these Terms of Service be construed as an offer, acceptance is strictly limited to these terms.

1. Rental Requirements:
• A valid government-issued ID is required for ALL rentals. Renters must be a minimum of 18 years old.
2. Order Modifications:
• In the event of changes to your order, such as the addition or removal of items, modifications must be requested no later than 30 days prior to the event date. All modifications are subject to item availability and the scheduled timeline.
3. Payment Terms:
• For all delivery orders, full payment is required at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance of the delivery date. For orders placed within 10 to 15 days of delivery, payment is required immediately. Accepted forms of payment include cash, cheque, PayPal, and bank transfers.
4. Reservations:
• Equipment reservations are required at the earliest possible opportunity to ensure availability.
5. Refund Process:
• In the event of a valid return, the refund process may take up to 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned product or service. This period includes time for inspection, processing, and the return of funds to the original payment method.
6. Late Cancellations:
• Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days prior to the event will incur a charge of 50% of the total rental fee. The refundable amount will be issued after deducting this fee.
7. Set-Up and Delivery:
• Equipment setup is available for an additional fee, with rates varying by item. unless otherwise specified. Certain items may include setup and teardown charges.
8. Cancellations Due to Weather or Other Events:
• In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, or any decision to cancel your rental, no refunds will be issued. Instead, the amount paid will be credited as a rain check, valid for one year from the original event date. This policy also applies to cancellations related to COVID-19 or other pandemic-related issues.
9. Damages:
• Renters will be held fully liable for any damage to rented items and will be charged the full replacement cost of any damaged items.
10. NO REFUNDS POLICY:

• No refunds will be issued on rentals or deposits.
• No refunds will be issued on any rental items under any circumstances.

Return Policy for Purchased Items (Non-Custom Orders):

For non-rental, non-custom purchases, the following return policy applies:

1. Return Window:
• We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility:
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.
3. Return Process:
• To initiate a return, contact us at info@alsdecor.co.uk. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for returning the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues:
• It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can address the issue.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
• Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding specific items.
6. Sale Items and Gift Cards:
• Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
7. Exchanges:
• The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds for Purchased Items:

• Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.

NO REFUNDS ON RENTALS, NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS.
